Mint tomato chutney without coconut



  This chutney is a combination of tomato and mint leaves. Mint aids in digestion and acts as mouth freshner. Tomato is rich in vitamins.
Requirements :
Mint leaves – a handful
Tomato – 2
Oil – 2tsp
Dry chilly – 5
Roasted Bengal gram – 4 tbsp
Cumin – a pinch
Pepper – 4 corns

Method :
 Heat oil , add cumin , pepper dry chilly.
Add tomato and mint leaves , sauté well.
Grind along with roasted bengal gram and required salt.
Serve with dosa / idly.
