Paniyaram are small spicy balls cooked in
paniyaram pan. It can be taken as snack or as breakfast. In our home, my mom
usually makes paniyaram when the batter becomes sour. This will enhances the
taste.
Requirements :
Dosa batter – 2 cup
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 6
Ginger – 1’’ piece
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Oil -2 tbs
Method :
Heat oil , add mustard
seeds allow to splutter.
Add chopped onion , finely
chopped ginger and green chilly .
Sauté for few minutes till
onion becomes translucent.
Add this mixture to the
batter.
Add chopped curry leaves
and coriander leaves.
Heat paniyaram pan , add
oil in each hole.
Pour the batter to each and
cook on both sides.
