Carrot cabbage uthappam ( dosa )



   Uthappam are the dosas which are thick in consistency. These  are made by spreading onion , chilly on top. In this uthappam , I used carrot and cabbage. It will be healthy to have veggies in all three meals of the day.
Requirements :
Dosa batter – a cup ( makes one uthappam )
Grated carrot  - 2 tbs
Grated cabbage – 2 tbs
Oil / ghee – 1 tsp


Method :
 Heat dosa making tawa , spread a laddle full of batter to thick dosa.
Sprinkle grated carrot and cabbage. Pour ghee.
Turn uthappam and cook on the other side.
Serve with sambar and chutney.
