Lal panner ( Red coloured cottage chesse)



Requirements:
Panner -300 g
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Ginger –garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – 1 small stick
Aniseeds – 1 tsp

Method :
 Cut  panner in to cubes and shallow fry till golden brown.
Heat oil , add cumin, cardamom,cinnamon and fry.
Add ginger-garlic paste , red chilly powder .
Then fried panner and sprinkle little water.
Sauté for few minutes and cook till panner is soft and fluffy.
Serve with roti / rice.
