Carrot poriyal / stirfry



 Carrot is a rich source of carotenes. It is good for our eyes. carrot can be taken as raw.
Requirements :
Carrot Grated  - 1 cup
Shallots – 6
Green chilly – 2
Curry leave – a sprig
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Method :
 Heat oil in a pan , pour oil , add mustard seeds and wait till it splutters.
Add chopped shallots , green chilly and curry leave.
Add grated carrot and stir well.
Add required salt and cook for five minutes.
Carrot poriyal is ready to serve.
