This rice is easy to make. It is good for
those who are suffering from throat infection and cold. Pepper increases the
appetite. Cummin improves digestion.
Requirements :
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Pepper – 1- 2 tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Onion -1
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Method :
Dry roast pepper and cumin and ground into
fine powder.
Heat oil ,add mustard
seeds , curry leaves and onion. Sauté well.
Add cooked rice and mix
well.
Add the grounded powder
and mix well.
Serve with potato chips.
Note :
Can be made with leftover rice.
Add pepper according to
your spiciness.
