Ingredients
Slightly roasted coriander
seeds- 1cup
Red chillies (roasted)- 1 cup
Roasted cumin seeds- 1 cup
Dry mango powder (Amchur)- 1 cup
Black pepper corns-3 tbsps
Salt- 1 cup
Black salt -3 tbsps
Method
Powder all the ingredients
together in a grinder.
Store in an airtight container.
Use as required.
