INGREDIENTS:-
· Panner - 400g
· Onion - 2
· Tomato -3
· Garlic and ginger paste – 2tsp
· Cinnamon- 1 piece
· Aniseeds -1 tbsp
· Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
· Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
· Garam masala – 1 tbsp
· Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
· Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
· Bell pepper -1
· Cashew- 4
· Grated coconut -2 tbsp
- METHOD:-
· Marinate panner cubes in curd, chilly powder and salt mixture for 15 minutes.
Then deep fry till golden brown ( optional ) . we skip this part instead toast in tawa with or without oil.
. Grind onion, tomato, cashew, and ginger and garlic paste.
Heat oil in a pan half tbsp of butter.
Add cinnamon,aniseed,one tbsp of sugar and grounded masala,saute for few minutes.
Add chopped bell pepper, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, salt and required water.
When the gravy thickens add deep fried panner, 1tbsp of butter and fresh cream.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
