This is easy to make snack. It is a right
snack during rainy days.
Requirements :
Flaked rice – 1 cup
Ground nuts – 4 tbs
Roasted gram dhal – 4tbs
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Oil for frying
Method :
Heat oil , deep fry flaked
rice , it will fluff.
Then deep fry the groundnut
and gram dhal separately.
Fry the curry leaves.
Mix all the fried items
together in a bowl.
Add chilly powder and
required salt.
Store in air tight
containers.
