This simple snack usually
made in our home. We make this whenever the puffed rice lost its crisp. It is
easy to make within minutes. this is my mom's recipe.
Requirements :
Puffed rice / Pori – 1 cup
Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Curry leave – a sprig
Dry chilly – 1
Garlic – 1 clove
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add the
turmeric powder,garlic , curry leave and chilly , sauté well.
Add the puffed rice and sauté
till crisp.
Flavourful and spicy
puffed rice is ready to serve.
