This is a colourful and flavourful sundal. Adding carrot makes this sundal more healthy.
Cooked Peas - 1 cup
Onion – 2 tbs
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Grated coconut – 1 tbs
Grated carrot – 1 tsp
Curry leave – a sprig
Oil -1 tsp
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and wait till it splutters.
Add chopped onion and curry leaves.
Add the peas and required salt.
Add the garam masala and mix well.
Add the grated carrots and take off from flame.
Peas vegetable sundal is ready to serve.
