This spicy and healthy potato peas chaat will
be healthy snack. It can be made within few minutes when the ingredients are
ready in hand.
Requirements :
Potato cubes – 2 tbs
Cooked peas – 4 tbs
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Imli chutney – 1 tsp
Green chutney – 1 tsp
Sev – 1 tsp
Chopped tomato – ½ tsp
Pomegranate – 1 tsp
Chopped onion – 1 tsp
Method :
Heat oil in a pan , add
the peas and potato cubes . sauté till golden brown.
Add the garam masala and
required salt. Mix well.
Transfer into serving
plate.
Spread the chutneys on
top.
Sprinkle onion , tomato ,
pomegranate and sev.
Serve hot.
