Sev poori



Ingredients
Papadis- 24 nos
Boiled and chopped potatoes- ½ cup
Finely chopped onion – ½ cup
Finely chopped raw mango -2 tbsps
Green chutney- 4 tbsps
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsps
Salt –to taste
For garnish
Sev- ½ cup
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsps

Method
Arrange the papadis on a serve plate.
Top each papadis with a little potato, onion and raw mango.
Top the papadis with some fresh garlic chutney, Khajur imli ki chutney and green chutney.
Sprinkle with chaat masala, lemon juice and salt on top.
Garnish with the sev and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
