Ingredients
Puffed rice- 4 cups
Sev -1 cup
Papadis- 20 nos
Chopped onion- ½ cup
Boiled and chopped potatoes- ½ cup
Fresh garlic chutney- 2 tsps
Khajur imli ki chutney- 8 tbsps
Green chutney- 4 tbsps
Black salt- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsps
Salt – to taste
For garnish
Papadis crushed -8 nos
Finely chopped raw
mango(optional)-1 tbsp
Sev- 4 tbsps
Chopped coriander leaves- 2
tbsps
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a
large bowl and toss gently till all the ingredients are well mixed.
Divide into 4 equal portions and
garnish each portion with the papadis, raw mango, sev and coriander.
Serve immediately.
