Samosa kadhi chaat



   Samosa kadhi chaat is the recipe in which samosa are served with kadhi. I tried this recipe from chaat by Tarla Dalal.
Requirements :
 Samosa  - 1 – 2
For  coconut kadhi :
Coconut milk – 1 cup
Besan floue – 1 tbs
Fresh curd – ¼ cup
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 1
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Ginger – 1 tsp
Red chilly – 1
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as required
For serving :
Imli chutney – 1 tbs
Green chutney – 1 tbs
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 tsp
Tomato – 1 tsp

Method :
Coconut kadhi :
Add the besan flour , salt and curd , mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add the cardamom , cloves , cinnamon and sauté well.
Add ginger and red chilly and stir for few seconds.
Add the coconut milk and half cup of water and bring to boil. Stir continuously.
Add the curd mixture and simmer till kadhi thickens.
Serving :
 Place the samosa in a serving bowl and pour a spoon of hot kadhi over them.
Garnish with chutneys , coriander , onion and tomato.
