Papadi chaat



Ingredients
Papadis-10 nos
Potatoes-2 nos
Fresh curd-2 cups
 Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1tsp
 Salt –to taste


Method
Combine the papadis, Khajur imli ki chutney, green chutney, fresh garlic chutney and salt in a large serving bowl and mix well.
Top with the boiled and sliced potatoes and whisked curds.
Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin seeds powder and chilli powder on top.
Serve immediately.
