Ellu Podi idly

 This podi idly is simple and quick to prepare. It will be kids favorite dish. It will be perfect snack in rainy evenings. It can be a healthier lunchbox recipe.
Sesame seed is rich in iron, which is essential for growing children.
Requirements :
Ellu podi – 2 tsp
Mini idly – 20 nos
Curry leave – a sprig
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Salt as required

Method :
Heat oil in a pan , add the mustard seeds and wait till it splutters.
Add the curry leaves and mini idlies , sauté well.
Add the ellu podi, salt and mix well.
Ellu podi idly is ready to serve.
