Palak ( spinach ) panner rice



 This rice is best for children who hesitates to eat greens. Spinach is rich in iron and panner is rich source of calcium. This rice i learnt from my mom.


Requirements :
Spinach – 1 cup
Panner (cottage cheese ) – 1 cup
Cooked  rice  -  2 cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Onion – 1
To grind :
Coriander seeds – ½ tsp
Cinnamon  - 1 stick
Cloves -3
Red chilly – 5 -6
Cardamom – 1
Method :
 Dry roast and grind the to grind items .
Heat pan , pour oil sauté palak till it is cooked well.
Add panner and sauté well.
Add turmeric powder and grounded masala , sauté till raw smell leaves.
Add cooked rice and stir well.
Palak panner rice is ready to serve.
Serve with potato raita.
