Soya chunks known as Mealmaker to many , soya chunks is the
product of soya bean. This soya chunks masala is easy to make. soya is rich in protein.
Requirements :
Soya chunks – 200 g
Onion – 1
Tomato puree – 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Oil – 1tsp
Bay leaf
Chilly powder – 1 tbs
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Method :
Soak soya chunks in hot water for five minutes
. squeeze the water out .Blend roughly into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan , add
onion , ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Add tomato puree and soya
chunks mix well.
Add chilly powder and
little water , cook for two minutes.
Add garam masala and stir
for two minutes.
