This is another healthy chutney made from
vallaipoo / plantain flower. This delicious chutney can be made quick.
Requirements :
Vallaipoo – a cup
Oil – 1tsp
Dry chilly – 4
Urad dhal – 1 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds – ¼
tsp
Pepper – 4 corns
Tamarind – marble size
Salt to taste
Method :
Steam cook cleaned and
chopped valaipoo.
Heat oil , roast urad dhal
,dry chilly and pepper.
Grind all ingredients with
required salt.
Chutney is ready to taste.
