Pakoda using noodles may sound crazy , but
when you have it you will fall for its taste. I made this recipe without
knowing how it will taste , once done it was more tasty than normal pakoda.
It is simple and easy to make recipe.
Requirements :
Plain noodles – 1 packet
Onion – 1
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tbs
Chopped Curry leaves - 1 tbs
Chopped coriander leaves –
1 tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Besan flour – 4 tbs
Rice flour – 2 tbs
Salt as required
Oil – for frying
Method :
Cook the noodles with ½ tsp
salt and a spoon of oil.
When the noodles is cooked
, drain the water and keep aside.
In a bowl , add the cooked
noodles , besan flour , rice flour , chopped onion , coriander leaves , curry
leaves, ginger garlic paste , salt , garam masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
Sprinkle little water and
mix well with the hand.
Heat oil and fry small pieces of the batter.
