Mixed vegetable rice balls



   This recipe will be a perfect snack for rainy evening. This is easy to make even with leftover rice. Adding vegetables will make it more delicious.
 Requirements :
Rice – 2 cup
Besan flour – 2 tbs
Corn flour – 2 tbs
Fried gram flour – 2 tbs
Grated Carrot – ¼ cup
Chopped cabbage – ¼ cup
Chopped beans – ¼ cup
Salt as required
Green chilly – 5
Oil for frying



Method :
 In a large bowl , mash the rice with hand , add all the flours , salt , veggies ,finely chopped chilly and salt.
Mix well. If needed can sprinkle little water.
Make into small round balls.
Deep fry in oil till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with tomato sauce.
Note :
 Grind chilly and add , if kids are going to have it.

    i usually make rice bhajiyas from left over rice using curd as base and then add the flours
    u can check tht recipe under the index
