Peanut Ladoo



 This is simple and healthy ladoo. This ladoo needs only two ingredients.
Peanuts are rich in niacin
Requirements :
Peanut – 1 cup
Jaggery – ½  cup


Method :
Dry roast the peanuts  and let it cool.
Grind the peanuts along with the jaggery.
Make small balls of this mixture .
Store in air tight containers.
You will get about 15 – 20 ladoos according to the size.
Peanut ladoos are ready.


Note :
  If you are not able to make balls means can add little ghee. It will be easy to make with the natural oil from grounded peanuts.
