Easy Chole masala



  This chole masala is easy to prepare with the readymade masala. This will be best combo with poori and roti.
Requirements :
Black channa – 2 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Oil – 1 tsp
Everest chole masala – 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method :
Soak channa for about 10 hours.
Pressure cook the channa for two whistles.
Heat oil in a pan , sauté chopped onion till translucent.
Add chopped tomato and mash well.
Add the cooked channa and stir well.
Add the chole masala and required salt.
Add half a cup of water and cook for five minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
