This halwa is easy to make within few minutes. As we know beets is rich in iron. It is good for anaemic patients. every one will love its rich flavor.
Beetroot paste – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Khoa – ½ cup
Cashew – Badam paste – 2 tbs
Ghee – 4 tbs
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
In a thick bottomed vessel , add ghee and fry beetroot paste.
To this add sugar and khoa , stir continuously.
Add cahew badam paste and cardamom powder and mix well.
