Here , I am going to share the moong sprouts
samosa.
A samosa is a fried or baked pastry with a
savory filling , such as spiced potatoes , onions , peas , lentils , minced
meat . the size ary , but typically, they are distinctly triangular. Samosas
are often accompanied by chutney. I prefer to have it without chutney or sauce.
Samosa can be baked , but I like the fried version , as it will be more crisp
and tastier than the baked one.
Usually all
purpose flour / maida is used to make the outer covering . Here , wheat flour
is used , it tastes good and more healthy.
