Moong sprouts when eaten raw , it will be
having a sweet taste. So , I decided to make a salad of this. This salad is
simple and easy to make.
Requirements :
Moong sprout – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 1 tbs
Chopped tomato – 1 tbs
Green chilly - 1
Coriander leaves – few
Lemon juice - 2 drops
Salt a pinch
Method :
For sprouting :
Wash and soak the whole moong for a day. Drain the water and refrigerate
for two days. Sprouts will come out of the bean.
Slit the green chilly and
remove the seed and chop finely.
Take a bowl , add moong
sprout , onion , tomato , chilly , salt and mix well.
Add few drops of lemon
juice before serving.
Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.
Moong sprouts salad is
ready to serve.
Note :
Green chilly can be avoided and chat masala can be used.
