I love baby potatoes a lot. They are looking
lovely as well as tasty than large potatoes. In our home , we frequently buy
these baby potatoes.
This gravy will be perfect
combo with roti / phulka.
Requirements :
Baby potato – ½ kg
Onion – 1
Tomato – 3
Ginger – 1’’ piece
Garlic – 4 cloves
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as required
Coconut paste – 1 tbs
Method :
Boil the baby potatoes and
remove the skin.
Prick the potatoes with
fork , so gravy will enter inside.
Grind onion , tomato ,
ginger and garlic into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan , add
the grounded masala and sauté till raw smell leaves.
Add the potatoes and salt.
Add chilly powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add a cup of water and
allow to cook for ten minutes.
Add the coconut paste and
cook for another five minutes.
Baby potato gravy is ready
to serve.
