This is easy to make sweet snack. Only two
ingredients needed.
Jaggery is good for young children 's health.
Requirements :
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Jaggery - ½ cup
Method :
Mix jaggery with half cup
of water and bring to boil.
When the syrup thickens ,
add the coconut and mix well.
Cook till the mixture
becomes thick and won’t stick to the pan.
Let it cool till it can be
hold in hand.
Make small balls and
store.
Coconut toffee is ready to
serve.
Note :
It you want can include
dry nuts.
