Everyone will like chocolate. There is no age limit
to like chocolates.
This choclate burfi will be perfect for those who loves choclate.
This chocolate burfi was a huge hit in our family. This is
simple and easy to make with few ingredients.
Requirements:
Maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cup
Milk powder – 2 tbs
Coco powder – 2 tbs
Ghee – 4 tbs
Milk – ½ cup
Chopped nuts
Method :
Mix maida , coco powder ,
milk powder, sugar and milk together.
Add about a cup of water
and mix well without any lumps.
Heat a pan , add about two
tbs of ghee and the dissolved mixture.
Stir continuously for
about 15 minutes in low flame .
The mixture will start
thickening , add the remaining ghee and stir continuously.
After few minutes , the burfi mixture won’t
stick to the pan. Take off from flame and spread evenly into the greased tray.
Allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes.

Store in air tight
containers.
Chocolate burfi is ready
to serve.
