Rava ladoo was my all time favorite sweet. This
time I wish to try with the wheat rava. It is healthy ladoo.
Requirements :
Wheat rava – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee - 2 tbs
Milk - ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Method :
Dry roast the wheat rava
in a pan till the flavor comes.
Add the sugar and stir
continuously. Sugar will melt.
When the mixture thickens
add the milk and mix well.
Now , add the ghee and cardamom
powder.
At this stage , the
mixture won’t stick to the pan.
Take off from the flame
and allow to cool.
Make into small round
balls.
Garnish with cashew.
Store in air tight
containers.
