As we know pulses and legumes are protein
rich. This gravy is made with butter beans is best combo with roti.
Requirements :
Butter beans – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbs
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Oil
Coriander leaves
Method :
Soak butter beans
overnight and cook well.
Heat pan , pour oil . add
onions and sauté well.
Add ginger garlic paste
and tomato and sauté well.
Add the masalas and cook
till the raw smell leaves.
Add the cooked beans and
required salt. Allow to cook for five minutes .
Garnish with coriander
leaves.
Note : This bean is having a sweet taste , so if you want
more spicy can add more chilly powder.
