Sambar podi



Ingredients:
Dried red chilly-12 nos
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Pepper-1tsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Aniseed -1tsp
Fenugreek seeds- ¼ tsp
Virali Turmeric -4 nos
Dried Curry leaves-3 sprig

Method:

Fry the above ingredients without oil.
Fry the entire ingredient in separately.
 The entire ingredients have different cooking temperature.
ground into fine powder and store in air tight container.
used in making sambhar. it can be used in vegetable stir fry.
