This ladoo is simple and easy to make with the wheat flour.
In our home , we buy wheat and grind into flour. I used that homemade wheat flour to make this ladoo.
It was very delicious.
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sugar - ½ cup
Ghee - 2 tbs
cashew / pista / cherry
Dry roast the wheat flour till the aroma comes.
Take care not to blacken the flour, it will alter the taste and colour of the ladoo.
Mix sugar with a cup of water and let it boil.
When the syrup becomes one string consistency , add the flour and mix well.
Take care to avoid any lumps.
At a stage , the mixture won’t stick to the pan , now add the ghee and mix well.
Take off from flame and let it cool.
Make into small round balls and garnish with cashew / pista / cheery.
Store in the airtight container.
Wheat flour ladoo is ready to serve.
