Papaya Chaat



  Papaya is the tropical fruit  which is originated in the tropics of America. It is the fruit easily available and cost effective with loads of nutrients.
  It is a rich source of nutrients such as pro-vitamin A -carotenoids , vitamin C, B , lycopene , dietary minerals and dietary fiber. Ripe fruit is eaten as raw .
The unripe fruit is used in cooking curries ,salads. The raw papaya is most commonly used in  Thai and Indonesian cuisine.
 This is simple to make starter with few ingredients. This will gives the taste of sweet , sour and spice.

Requirements :
Papaya – ½ cup
Glazed cherry – 6
Tooth pick

Method :
Peel the skin of the papaya and cut into diamonds.
Insert a tooth pick to a piece of papaya followed by cherry at the top.
Arrange in the serving plate and sprinkle the chaat masala on top.
