Smoothie is a Blended and sometimes
sweetened beverage made from fresh fruits and sometimes may contain chocolate /
peanut butter. It is pronounced as smoothy.
In some crushed ice, frozen fruit, honey or some syrup can also be
added. These are having a thicker consistency like milk shake. Milk, yogurt or ice-cream can be added.
I made this smoothie purely with fruits; there are no extra additional supplements.

I used
only three ingredients, so named it as Trio smoothie.
It was a filling and healthy smoothie best for
breakfast.
I used papaya , banana and apple to make this smoothie. Papaya gives it a vibrant color and flavor.

Papaya:
Papaya is
a good source of provitamin A carotenoids , vitamin C , B , lycopene , dietary
minerals and dietary Fibre. It is a cost effective and tropical fruit.
Apple
:The proverb “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” reveals its health benefits.
It is a good source of dietary fiber , vitamin C , phytochemicals and antioxidants.
Banana :
Requirements
:
Ripe Papaya – 1 cup
Apple – ½ cup
Ripe Banana – 1
Pour into glasses, chill and serve.
Note :
Honey can be added for extra sweetness.
