Peas Palak Rice



 This is another simple rice preparation; 
  Well, this is simple and healthy rice prepared within minutes.
Palak ( spinach ) is highly nutritious and peas is protein rich.


Requirements :
Cooked rice – 1 large cup ( 250 g)
Chopped Spinach – 1 small cup
Peas – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Green cillies – 2 -3
Oil – 1 tbs
Salt as required
Lemon juice
Method :
In a pan , heat the oil .
Add in the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add in the chopped onion and green chillies , sauté for two minutes.

Add the chopped spinach and sauté well .
Add the green peas and sauté for a minute.
Add in the cooked rice and salt.
Toss for few minutes till the rice and the spinach mixture is mixed well.
Take off from flame, add the lemon juice and mix once.
Peas palak rice is ready to serve.
