Rajma is rich in protein , starch , dietary fiber and is an excellent source of iron , potassium , selenium , molybdenum , thiamine , vitamin B6 and folic acid .
This rajma gravy is simple and quick recipe.This recipe is easily made with simple ingredients available in home. This gravy is made by freshly ground masala. My family members liked the taste and we had it with roti.

Requirements :
Rajma - 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2 – 3
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Cloves – 3
Aniseeds – ½ tsp
Cardamom – 1
Cashew – 4
Coconut – 2 tbs
Dry chilly – 6
Ginger – 1’’ piece
Garlic- 6 cloves
Oil – 1tsp
Salt as required
Method :
Soak rajma for five hours.
Cook the soaked rajma.
Grind onion , tomato ,
garlic , ginger , cinnamon, cloves , aniseed , cardamom , cashew and coconut in
to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add the
grounded masala and stir well.
Cook till the oil oozes on
top.
Add the cooked rajma and
salt.
Serve with roti / phulka.
Delicious and flavorful gravy packed with nutrition.. Love to have it with any Indian flat breads..
