Idli was the famous southindian breakfast . Idli is healthy breakfast and is suitable for those who are dieting , as these are steam cooked.
Mini idlies are the miniature of normal idli. These
came to rescue when kids hesitate to have idli.
Nowadays mini idlies has become part of menu
in most of the restaurants. The most common is sambar idli.
I made this dahi idli as a brunch , me and my sis finished within a minute after taking the photo.
Requirements :
Mini idli – 20 nos
Curd – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – few
Salt as required
Green chutney – 1 tbs
Sweet chutney – 1 tbs
Sev – 1 tbs
Method :
Mix required salt with the
curd and beat well.
Arrange the idlies in the
serving plate.
Pour about 5 tbs of curd
on top or till all the idlies are fully covered with curd.
Top it with the green
chutney and sweet chutney.
Sprinkle the coriander
leaves and sev on top.
Serve immediately.
Dahi idli chaat is ready to
serve.
