Pumpkin Walnut Muffins

I made this muffins on last Saturday and it was finished within  hours . I made this muffins as eggless .
A muffin is a type of semi sweet cake , which is enough for a person . This is similar to cupcakes , although they are usually less sweet and without icing. There are also savory muffins. There are many varieties of muffins , and often ate for breakfast or with tea.
The combination of pumpkin and walnut makes the muffin more flavourful and healthy.
Requirements :
Grated pumpkin – 1 cup
Chopped walnuts – ½ cup + 2 tbs
Flour – 2 cup
Sugar – 1½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tbs
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Butter – 4 tbs
Curd – 1 cup

Method :
Sift the flour twice with baking powder and baking soda.
Beat the butter and curd till fluffy.
Add the granulated sugar and beat well for ten minutes.
Add the vanilla essence , grated pumpkin and chopped nuts , mix well.
Add the flour and fold in for five minutes.
Grease the muffin moulds and fill till half and sprinkle the
chopped walnuts on top .

Place the filled muffin tray / moulds on preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes @ 220 degree Celsius.
Take out from the oven and let it cool.

Pumpkin walnut muffins are ready to serve.
I dusted the icing sugar on top.

Note :
Pumpkin puree can be added in making this muffin.
spices can be added , but i use vanilla essence as i like its flavour.
