Ingredients
Plain flour (maida) -2 cups
Ajwan (omum)-2 tsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Salt –to taste
Oil-for deep-frying
Method
Mix the flour, Ajwan, oil and
salt and add enough water to make a firm dough.
Knead well and roll out into
small thin rounds of about 1 ½ inch without using flour if possible. Prick with
a fork.
Deep-frying in hot oil over medium
flame until golden brown and crisp.
Cool and store in an airtight
container.
Use as required.
