This is another simple rice preparation;
Well, this is simple and healthy rice prepared within minutes.
Cooked rice – 1 large cup ( 250 g)
Chopped Spinach – 1 small cup
Peas – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Green cillies – 2 -3
Oil – 1 tbs
Salt as required
In a pan , heat the oil .
Add in the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add the chopped spinach and sauté well .
Add the green peas and sauté for a minute.
Add in the cooked rice and salt.
Toss for few minutes till the rice and the spinach mixture is mixed well.
Take off from flame, add the lemon juice and mix once.
