Eastern masalas - Review

   

   I received few of the masala blends from the Eastern masala company by mid of July . I had heard of this company , but using the masala for the first time.



   As the masala pack I received consists of ready to cook  masala for gravies like methi matar malai , dal makhani , Veg kadai  and butter chicken. The masala blends were
Noodles masala
Brahmin sambar masala
Sambar masala
chicken  fry masala


    I received the pack by afternoon and immediately I decided to try the masala. I choose the ready to cook methi matar malai.

METHI MATAR MALAI – WITH EASTERN MASALA



 Soak about green peas if using dry peas . Mix the  whole pack in two cup of milk . Heat oil in a pan , add the soaked green peas , then add the masala milk mixture , cook till the gravy thickens . serve hot with roti or phulka.

About ready to cook masala :

  When I opened the pack , the masala was so flavorful and the gravy tasted similar to the restaurant gravy.
  Easy to make restaurant style gravy within 15 minutes at home. It takes just three easy steps.
   The ready to cook masala are packed in flavor lock pack which retains the flavor and their self life were nine months from packing.

About the cost :


   The costs of masalas were reasonable between 30 to 80 INR . The ready to cook were 40 INR per pack.The cost is worth for the product.

   I am eagerly waiting  to try  their other products soon....
