For this year , we dressed Akshara as Krishna and celebrated. We prepared yesterday – vella seedai , uppu seddai , butter murukku , Thattai.
Today made this ladoo. First thought of making aval ladoo then made this
no ghee aval peanut ladoo. We will be
posting the other recipes soon…
Requirements :
2 cup Aval / poha / flattened rice
1 cup Peanut
1 cup Jaggery
Method :
Dry roast the aval in a pan till it is crisp.
Grind aval to a fine powder.
Dry roast peanut till flavor comes
out.
Grind the peanut along with jaggery
and cardamom powder. It will be sticky.
Add this to the grounded aval and
combine well.
Poha peanut ladoo is ready to serve.
