This is another easy snack with the spinach
pakode.
Requirements :
Spinach bajji – 2 – 3
Curd – 2 tbs
Pomegranate- 1 tsp
Sev – 1 tsp
Chilly powder – ¼ tsp
Salt as required
Method :
In a bowl mix curd , salt
and chilly powder.
Place the bajjis in the
serving plate.
Pour the curd mixture
nearby the bajjis.
Sprinkle imli chutney,
pomegranate and sev.
Serve immediately.
Very interesting and delicious chaat, beautifully done.
