I tried this bajji without knowing how it
will tastes. After making I didn’t taste first. I gave to my mom and sis. My
mom said it tastes great. Then I tasted great .
Requirements :
Spinach leaves – 20
Besan flour – 2 cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Asafetida – a pinch
Salt as required
Cooking soda - ½ tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Method :
In a bowl mix the besan
flour ,soda , rice flour ,chilly powder , asafetida and salt.
Add about half a cup or
more to make a thick batter.
Heat oil for frying.
Dip each spinach leaf in
the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
