Chaat are the famous Indian street
foods. There are many chaats. Bhel puri chaat is one of the famous chaat.
I had already posted this
recipe in my blob. I am posting again for south vs north challenge happening @
Divya’s space. For this challenge shruthi challenged the south team to make
this bhel puri.
Requirements :
Puffed rice- 4 cups
Boiled and chopped potatoes- ½ cup
Salt – to taste
For garnish
Finely chopped raw
mango(optional)-1 tbsp
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a
large bowl and toss gently till all the ingredients are well mixed.
