This paratha is stuffed parantha with the
besan filling. This tates great with channa masala. It will be perfect recipe
for party.
Ingredients :
For dough :
Wheat flour – 2 cup
Water
Oil
Salt
For stuffing :
Besan flour – ¼ cup
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – few
Method :
Knead the dough and allow
to rest for half an hour.
Mix all the ingredients for
the stuffing except coriander leaves with little water and cook in low flame
for five minutes.
Add coriander leaves and
mix well.
Make small balls of the
dough and press into thin chappatis.
Spread the besan mixture
on each of the presses ones and roll as for lacha parantha.
Press again and cook on
both sides on low flame.
Serve with spicy gravy.
