Requirements:
Panner cubes – 2 cup
Onion – 1
Curd -1/2 cup
Garlic -2 tbsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Onion wedges – 1 cup
Capsicum wedges – 1 cup
Method :
Grind onion and garlic along with curd.
Add spices in that mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the grounded paste till it turns pink.
Add panner cubes, onion and capsicum wedges , stir well.
Add ½ cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with roti / rice.
