Groundnut are rich
source of niacin. It also contains fat which is essential for young children.
Requirements :
Groundnut ( roasted ) – 1 cup
Potato – 3
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1” piece
Garlic – 5 cloves
Green chili – 5
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Method :
Coarsely ground the groundnuts.
Heat oil in a pan , add chopped onion , green chili ,
ginger and garlic.
Sauté for few
minutes.
Add groundnut powder , garam masala and required salt.
After few minutes add mashed potato and mix well.
When cools , make into patties , spread in bread crumbs and
shallow fry.
Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup.
